Harvard University’s Radcliffe Institute property located at 40 Concord Avenue will undergo renovations this summer. The project will include an addition to the 40 Concord Avenue building adjacent to the parking area, as well as an interior renovation of the remainder of the building. In addition, there will be new landscaping, improvements to the parking area and new utility connections will be made into Parker Street. The utility work is scheduled to begin in late August. In September, work will be begin on the new addition with the expectation that the majority of work will be limited to the interior of the building by November. The landscape and finish work in the parking lot is scheduled for the spring of 2017.
