Project Update: March 30, 2020
The project team working on Claverly Hall has been granted relief from the temporary construction moratorium by the City of Cambridge so they can continue roof installation work that is essential to the safety and health of the building.
Over the next several weeks, there will be a crew of approximately 6 - 8 roofers on site weather permitting, along with contractor supervision and support. There will also be a crane on site to load roof materials, however, this will not be a regular occurrence. The limited staff remaining has been instructed to adhere to the CDC guidelines regarding hand washing, monitoring their health, and staying home if they don’t feel well.
