- Construction fencing has been removed and crowd control barriers installed at pathways, landscaped areas, and at the main driveway while work inside the building is finalized.
- The building will remain closed until final construction work and systems testing is complete.
- Punch list work continues throughout the building this month to prepare for commissioning and move in.
- Work continues to conduct required inspections.
- The building opened to the HLS community in January 2022.
