Starting on Friday, June 10, 2022, removal of the existing roof will begin and is expected to take approximately five to seven business days. Demolition of the chimney is scheduled to take place on Monday, June 13, 2022. Please note the timing of these activities is weather dependent and given the current forecast, some rain delays are likely.
To minimize inconvenience to the building’s occupants, the contractor plans to sequence the roof and chimney work early in the morning between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. After 9:00 a.m., building occupants may continue to experience intermittent noise due to the presence of work crews, the use of construction equipment, and power tools required to complete this project.
