Week of October 2, 2023

The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of October 2. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.

PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:

1. Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps throughout the week.
2. Load out from back parking lot and live load of dumpsters on Bow Street.
3. Drainage tie-in at Arrow Street will continue. A police detail has been requested.  
   1. This includes bike lane closure at Bow Street down to DeWolfe Street.
   2. Work is in coordination with Cambridge DPW.

EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:

1. Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue.
2. Roofing abatement at Westmorly will continue.
3. Scaffolding installation will continue along the Plympton Street elevation.
4. A crane will be within the site fence, by Lower Bow Street, to support demolition work.
5. Man/material hoist will be operating while the site is open.
   1. On weekdays the lift will operate until 6:00pm.

INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:

1. Interior rough carpentry will continue.
2. Abatement will continue inside Westmorly and Russell Hall.
3. Interior demolition of Westmorly and Russell Hall.

WORK HOURS:

1. Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm with second shifts from 3:30pm to 10:30pm (No exterior noise after 6:00pm)
2. Saturday 10/7 –  9:00am to 4:30pm
