The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of July 8. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps will occur throughout the week.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry work will continue to take place on the exterior façade of all buildings.
- Masonry rebuilds for the Russell Hall and Westmorly chimneys are ongoing.
- Masonry rebuild of the window bays at the east elevation of Westmorly continues to progress.
- Window framing repairs remain ongoing at Westmorly.
- The erection of the permanent steel structure within Russell Hall and Westmorly will continue.
- This activity will require the use of a crane on Monday, July 8 and Tuesday, July 9 in the Westmorly north parking lot.
- A pump truck will be placed inside of the site fence for a concrete placement.
- Excavation activities will continue to take place in the Conservatory area for utilities and new mechanical tunnels.
- A hoist will be operating while the site is open.
- On weekdays the lift will operate 7am-3:30pm.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Interior framing and drywall activities will continue to occur in Westmorly.
- Excavations for under slab utilities within Westmorly continue.
- Installation of new mechanical systems within Westmorly is ongoing.
- Installation of the elevator shaft in Westmorly Court continues to progress.
- Steel erection remains ongoing in Russell Hall and Westmorly.
- Floor prep installation will take place in Russell Hall.
- Demolition activities continue in Russell Hall to support the installation of new steel framing.

- Saturday, July 13: 9am to 4pm
