The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of July 15. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps will occur throughout the week.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue for all buildings.
- Masonry rebuild for the Russell Hall & Westmorly chimneys will continue.
- Masonry rebuild of the window bays at the east elevation of Westmorly will continue.
- Window frame repairs will continue at Westmorly.
- Erection of the permanent steel structure will continue within Russell Hall and Westmorly.
- Crane pick scheduled for Monday (7/15), Tuesday (7/16), and Wednesday (7/17) in the Westmorly North Parking Lot
- Concrete placement scheduled for Monday (7/15) and Thursday (7/18). A pump truck will be within site fence.
- Excavations for utilities and new mechanical tunnels will continue in the Conservatory Area.
- Man/material hoist will be operating while the site is open.
- On weekdays the lift will operate 7:00am-3:30pm
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Interior wood framing will continue in Westmorly.
- Drywall and framing will continue within Westmorly.
- Excavations for under slab utilities within Westmorly will continue.
- Mechanical contractors will continue with installation of new systems within Westmorly.
- Masonry contractor will continue with the install of the elevator shaft in Westmorly Court.
- Permanent steel erection will continue within Russell Hall and Westmorly.
- Spray fireproofing will continue within Russell Hall and Westmorly
- Floor prep install will continue with Russell Hall
- Steel and concrete demolition will continue within Russell Hall to support new steel framing installation.
WORK HOURS:
- Monday-Friday (7/15-7/19)- Site open from 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Saturday (7/20) – Site open from 9:00am to 4:00pm
