The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of December 9. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.
Dates 12/9/24 to 12/14/24:
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps will occur throughout the week.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue to occur for all buildings.
- Roofing installation will continue on the Russell Hall & Library Commons roofs.
- Installation of new copper cladding is ongoing at the Russell Hall Tower.
- Window frame repairs will continue at Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Wood framing will continue at Westmorly Pool Theater Roof.
- Scaffold dismantle will continue at Russell Hall.
- A hoist will be operating while the site is open.
- On weekdays the lift will operate 7:00am-3:30pm
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Framing and drywall will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Installation of new systems will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Spray foam insulation will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Floor prep & tile installation will occur within Westmorly.
- Installation of millwork will occur within Westmorly.
SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH IMPACTS:
- Masonry work continues adjacent to 9 Bow and 22 Plympton Street.
- Masonry and carpentry material will load in via Rear Lot.
WORK HOURS:
- Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Saturday, December 14 – Site Open from 9:00am to 4:00pm
