The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of April 22. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.

PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps will occur throughout the week.
- A water service tie-in within the site fence is scheduled for the night of Tuesday April 22nd from 11PM to 7AM. Abutters have been notified.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue for all buildings.
- Masonry and landscaping work will continue on the East Terrace outside of Westmorly Hall.
- Excavation, concrete, and masonry work will continue on the South Elevation outside of Westmorly Hall.
- Roofing installation is ongoing on the Dining Hall & Library Commons roofs.
- Window brickmold installation and painting at Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Mechanical work continues on the Westmorly roof.
- Scaffolding dismantle will continue at Westmorly & Russell Hall.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Framing and drywall will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Installation of new systems will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Spray foam insulation will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Floor prep & tile installation will continue within Westmorly.
- Millwork installation will continue within Westmorly.
- Hardwood flooring installation will continue within Westmorly.
- Elevators will continue to be installed within Westmorly and Russell Hall.
SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH IMPACTS:
- Masonry work continues adjacent to 9 Bow and 22 Plympton Street.
- Scaffolding dismantle will be completed on Wednesday in the North parking lot.
- Excavation and paving prep work will begin in the North parking lot.
WORK HOURS:
- Tuesday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
- The job site is closed on Monday, April 21 for Patriot’s Day.
- Saturday, April 26, 2025 – Site Open from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
