The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of May 19. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.
Week Of: 5/19/25 – 5/23/25Public Way Impacts:
• No Consigli road closures are anticipated.
• We have been told that Bank of America is expecting to close Palmer
street for a crane pick on Tuesday 5/20/25.
Exterior Site Activities:
• Masons will be working on the exterior masonry demo on the
scaffolding. This will involve cutting and chipping of the brick.
Interior Activities:
• We will be starting to saw cut the concrete slabs starting on
Wednesday 5/21. This may create some noise/vibrations.
Other Impacts:
• No other impacts are expected.
Work Hours:
• Monday 5/19/25-Friday 5/23/25 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• No plan to work Saturday 5/24/25 at this time.
