The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of June 2. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.

PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps will occur throughout the week.
- Periodic closures to Plympton Street for curbing installation will begin on Friday, May 30 through Friday, June 6. Curbing installation on Upper Bow St within the site fence will occur in this timeframe.
- 22 Plympton Street Lot will be accessible via Mass Avenue.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue for all buildings.
- Masonry and landscaping work will continue on the East Terrace outside of Westmorly Hall.
- Masonry work will continue on the Lower Bow site walls.
- Excavation, concrete, and masonry work will continue on the South Elevation outside of Westmorly Hall.
- Roofing installation is ongoing on the Dining Hall & Library Commons roofs.
- Window brickmold installation and painting at Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Conservatory skylight installation will continue.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Framing and drywall will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Spray foam insulation will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Floor prep & tile installation will continue within Westmorly.
- Millwork installation will continue within Westmorly.
- Hardwood flooring installation will continue within Westmorly.
- Elevators will continue to be installed within Westmorly and Russell Hall.
SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH IMPACTS:
- Masonry work continues adjacent to 9 Bow and 22 Plympton Street.
- Excavation for the Waste and Recycling Storage Area will begin in the next week or two. This is directly adjacent to the 9 Bow Handicap Ramp. It will not impact access to the ramp.
- Backfilling the gas line at the 22 Plympton Street Lot will take place next week and preparation for paving will begin. Access to the parking lot will be coordinated with Harvard Construction Mitigation.
WORK HOURS:
- Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
- Saturday, June 7, 2025 – Site Open from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
RANDOPH LAUNDRY ROOM:
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Protection to existing finishes outside the temporary laundry room Area will begin on Friday, May 30 for 2-3 days.
- Make Safe of electrical and plumbing systems will start on Monday, June 2.
- Demolition of the interior walls and ceilings will begin the week of June 2.
- Materials will be brought out through the Courtyard towards Linden Street and picked up with a lull to be delivered to the dumpster.
- There will be impairments to the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System made periodically as needed
