The following summarizes the work planned at Eliot House during the week beginning Monday, June 9:

PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Shut down pedestrian crosswalk on Memorial drive. Pedestrians to be diverted to the river side of Memorial drive.
- Cones and barriers will be set up to prevent pedestrians from walking past the new Memorial Drive crosswalk.
- Installation of site fence around Eliot house renewal project.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Site fence installation around Eliot house
- Archway and wrought iron removal.
- Grubbing in courtyard.
- Excavation for bridge support above tunnel.
- Relocate existing utilities where future kitchen will sit.
- Kitchen slab preparation on Dunster St.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Removal of interior doors.
- Plumbing operations.
- Steam operations.
- Install plumbing risers in select stairwells.
- Temp fire alarm installation.
- Temp power installation.
- Investigation and tracing of MEPs in Kirkland.
- Selective demolition and shutdowns as needed for Kirkland.
- Specific impacts noticeable to occupants’ building systems (electrical, domestic water, etc.) will be planned and communicated with Kirkland House building management.
