PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:

  • Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps will occur throughout the week.

EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:

  • Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue for all buildings.
  • Masonry & landscaping work will continue on the East Terrace outside of Westmorly Hall.
  • Masonry Work will continue on the Lower Bow Site Walls
  • Excavation, Concrete, & Masonry work will continue on the South Elevation outside of Westmorly Hall.
  • Roofing installation is ongoing on the Library Commons roof.
  • Window brickmold install and painting at Westmorly & Russell Hall.
  • Conservatory Skylight Installation will continue

INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:

  • Framing and drywall will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
  • Spray foam insulation will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
  • Floor prep & tile installation will continue within Westmorly.
  • Millwork installation will continue within Westmorly.
  • Hardwood flooring installation will continue within Westmorly & Russell Hall.
  • Elevators will continue to be installed within Westmorly and Russell Hall.

SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH IMPACTS:

  • Masonry work continues adjacent to 9 Bow and 22 Plympton Street.
  • Excavation for the Waste and Recycling Storage Area will begin in the next week. This is directly adjacent to the 9 Bow Handicap Ramp. It will not impact access to the ramp

WORK HOURS:

  • Monday-Wednesday, Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  • Jobsite will be open on Juneteenth from 9:00am to 4:00pm. SDC has received a permit from the City of Cambridge.
  • Saturday, June 14 – Site Open from 9:00am to 4:00pm

RANDOPH LAUNDRY ROOM:

INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:

  • Materials will be brought out the Courtyard towards Linden Street and picked up with our Lull to the Dumpster staged at Phase 3
  • There will be impairments to the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System made periodically as needed.
  • Framing will begin within the laundry room.

WORK HOURS:

  • Monday-Wednesday, Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  • Jobsite will be open on Juneteenth from 9:00am to 4:00pm. SDC has received a permit from the City of Cambridge.
  • Saturday, June 14 – Site Open from 9:00am to 4:00pm
