The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of June 23. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 6/23/25 – 6/27/25
Public Way Impacts:
• No major public way impacts.
Exterior Site Activities:
• The sitework contractor will be removing pavers within the fence line and preparing for excavation to start the following week (6/30 – 7/3).
Interior Activities:
• Saw cutting and concrete chipping on the interior of the building will continue. This may create some noise/vibrations.
Other Impacts:
• There will be a generator on the exterior which may cause additional noise.
Work Hours:
• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• No plan to work Saturday, June 28 at this time.
