The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of June 30. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 6/30/25 – 7/3/25
Public Way Impacts:
• A vac truck will be used to excavate for the Eversource conduits on 7/1. The truck will be set up next to the Painted Burrow and will not require a road closure.
Exterior Site Activities:
• The sitework contractor will be removing pavers within the fence line and preparing for excavation to begin.
Interior Activities:
• Saw cutting and concrete chipping on the interior of the building will continue. This may create some noise/vibrations.
Other Impacts:
• There will be a generator in the exterior which may cause additional noise.
Work Hours:
• Monday -Thursday 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• The jobsite will be closed on 7/4/25 for the Independence Day Holiday.
• No plan to work Saturday 7/5/25 at this time.
