PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps will occur throughout the week.
- Plympton Street will be closed as needed to support façade repairs and lift access to the windows. Street Closure permits have been pulled. Access to upper Plympton will be available via MA Ave or the cut through from Linden Street
- Furniture Delivery will begin for Russell Hall. Furniture Trucks will be staged along the Plympton Street Curb along Westmorly Terrace.
- Furniture Delivery will continue in Westmolry and Trucks will be staged along the curb on Bow
- Eversource continues to work at the intersection of Bow and Plympton just outside our gate. We are unsure of their schedule. This is for the 1200 MA Ave Project
- The site contractor will be mobilizing to prep for paving that will start the week of 8/4
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry & landscaping work will continue on the East Terrace outside of Westmorly Hall.
- Window brickmold install and painting at Westmorly & Russell Hall.
- Conservatory Skylight Installation will continue
- Repairs to the Dining Hall Façade and Columns will continue
- Doors and Hardware will continue to be installed at Exterior Entrances
- Exterior Handrail Installation will continue
- Cleaning of materials at Lower Bow Street will continue
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Floor prep & tile installation will continue within Westmorly and Russell Hall
- Millwork installation will continue within Westmorly and Russell Hall
- Elevators will continue to be installed at the Conservatory
- Sidewalk Lift will continue to be installed for Westmorly Kitchen
- Wheel Chair Lift Installation will continue
- Fire Alarm Testing for Westmorly and Russell Hall will continue
SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH IMPACTS:
- Prep for paving will begin in the 22 Plympton Lot. This will require access to the lot as the remaining pavement will be removed and the subgrade will be adjusted to correct elevation for the asphalt. Access to the building will be maintained via handicap ramp and rear entry near 9 Bow parking lot.
- Gas Meter is arriving on 7/28. Eversource will need access to the 22 Plympton St Lot
- The new granite steps for the Eating Disorder Clinic are arriving the week of 7/28. SDC will coordinate with CSL to find a time that works for the clinic to perform the install.
