Week of August 25, 2025

The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of August 25. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts. 

Week of: 8/25/25 – 8/29/25

Temporary Public Way Impacts:
• There will be short-term deliveries on Palmer Street.
• No major impacts are anticipated.

Exterior Site Activities:

• There will be a crew setting up the exterior staging to the left of the bridges.
• Masons will be demoing brick on the exterior of the building which will generate noise.

Interior Activities:
• Concrete chipping will continue in the interior of the building. This may create some noise/vibrations

Other Impacts:

• No other impacts are anticipated.

Work Hours:

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• No plan to work Saturday 8/30/25 at this time.
