The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of September 2. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 9/2/25 – 9/5/25
Temporary Public Way Impacts:
• Palmer Street road closure on Thursday 9/4/25 for a crane pick.
• Palmer Street road closure on Friday 9/5/25 for a concrete pump truck.
• There will be short-term deliveries on Palmer Street.
Exterior Site Activities:
• Masons will be demoing brick on the exterior of the building which will generate noise.
• Roofers will be removing concrete from the roof. Interior Activities:
• Concrete chipping will continue in the interior of the building. This may create some noise/vibrations
Other Impacts:
• No other impacts are anticipated.
Work Hours:
• Tuesday 9/2/25 – Friday 9/5/25 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• No plan to work Saturday 9/6/25 at this time.
