The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of September 22. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 9/22/25 – 9/26/25
Temporary Public Way Impacts:
- There will be a crane pick on Monday, 9/22/25 that will require a road closure for Palmer Street.
- A concrete pump truck will be stationed on Palmer Street on Tuesday morning, 9/23/25.
- Bank of America parking lot will be closed until 11am.
- There will be material loadout on Wednesday morning that will temporarily block Palmer Street. This will not have an impact on parking.
- We are anticipating a concrete pump truck will be stationed on Palmer Street on Friday morning, 9/26/25.
- Potential temporary closure of the Bank of America parking lot may be required to accommodate this work.
- There will be short-term deliveries on Palmer Street.
Exterior Site Activities:
- Masons will be demoing brick on the exterior of the building which will generate noise.
Interior Activities:
- Concrete chipping will continue in the interior of the building. This may create some noise/vibrations
Other Impacts:
- No other impacts are anticipated at this time.
Work Hours:
- Monday 9/22/25 – Friday 9/26/25 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- No plan to work Saturday 9/27/25 at this time.
