GENERAL BUILDING OCCUPANT INFORMATION

  1. The plaza renovation project is targeting an end of May 2026 completion date.
  2. The sunken garden will be taken offline the week of 9/29 and no access to this outdoor space will be allowed until the end of plaza construction.
  3. The basement restrooms will be taken offline the week of 9/29 to allow for start of repairs in the basement. There will be no elevator access to basement through Winter 2026.
    Anyone requiring access to spaces behind the construction partitions may request access and someone will gladly accompany you to the room.
  4. The vending machines will be relocated to a temporary location yet to be determined.
  5. Phase 1 high noise level work is scheduled to continue through October.

PLAZA WORK: Week of 9/22/2025

  1. Concrete repairs in west areaway continues.
  2. Concrete repairs in the mechanical room/basement.
  3. Scaffolding demobilization will resume in roughly two weeks through the weekend.
  4. Temporary enclosure will begin at rear accessible door.
  5. Saw cutting of the plaza near the rear accessible entrance will begin the week of the 22nd. Prepare for loud noise, and medium level vibration.
  6. Trucking deliveries throughout the week.
  7. Shoring installation at the west areaway.

IMPACTS- high noise level from chipping, cutting, and grinding will be most noticeable north of building footprint.

INTERIOR WORK: Week of 9/22/2025

  1. Concrete repairs in mechanical room.
  2. Interior relocations for repairs in mechanical room
  3. Materials will be delivered to site for installation of temporary barriers in public areas of the basement.

IMPACTS- medium noise level from cutting, chipping, and grinding.
