The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of September 29. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 9/29/25 – 10/3/25
Temporary Public Way Impacts:
- There will be a crane pick on Thursday, 10/2/25 that will require a road closure for Palmer Street.
- This crane pick will span over 32 Church Street. We are requesting that employees are not in the office when the crane pick is ongoing.
- Bank of America parking will be closed in the morning.
- A concrete pump truck will be stationed on Palmer Street on Wednesday morning, 10/1/25.
- Bank of America parking will be closed.
- There will be short-term deliveries on Palmer Street.
Exterior Site Activities:
- There will be saw cutting of the roof slab.
- Masons will be demoing brick on the exterior of the building which will generate noise. Interior Activities:
- Concrete chipping/saw cutting will continue in the interior of the building. This may create some noise/vibrations
Other Impacts:
- No other impacts are anticipated at this time.
Work Hours:
- Monday 9/29/25 – Friday 10/3/25 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- No plan to work Saturday 10/4/25 at this time.
