PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Demo Trailer Trucking (maximum of 12 trailers a day) from Dunster Circle for the Connector building demolition on Monday. A laborer and HUPD will be staged in the crosswalk in front of Kirland to help with pedestrian traffic.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Demo of masonry banding around building.
- Exterior washing of masonry façade.
- Scaffold installation on the North building and chimneys in the SW.
- Demo / abatement of North building roof.
- Continuous daily dumpster swaps during first shift.
- Connector demolition at Dunster St.
- Pre-trenching for mass excavation at Dunster Circle.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Saw cutting basement slabs.
- Drilling piles in basement.
- Demolition using lulls / trash chutes.
Weekend Activities:
- 9/27/25
- Demo / abatement of Level 1 Southwest, Level 4 Northwest, Abatement of Level 4 Southeast Eliot House.
- Demo of Connector building.
- Patching / grouting roof gypsum.
- Scaffolding at Dunster Circle.
WORK HOURS:
- Monday- Friday 7am-11pm (Two Shifts).
- Saturday 9am-5pm.
