GENERAL OCCUPANT INFORMATION

  1. The sunken garden is offline and no access to this outdoor space will be allowed until the end of plaza construction.
  2. The basement restrooms are offline to allow for start of repairs in the basement.  There will be no elevator access to basement through Winter 2026.
  3. The vending machines have been relocated to the 13th floor.
  4. Construction parking spots will be moved to accommodate work.
  5. Phase 1 high noise level work is scheduled to continue through October
  6. The main Kirkland Ave. building entry will be affected by soffit work during the week of 10/27/25. Please use the door to the right of the revolving door for general access.  Card reader access will continue to be at door adjacent to loading dock.

PLAZA WORK: Week of 10/27/25

  1. Concrete repairs in west areaway continue.
  2. Scaffolding demobilization of phase one tent will continue through the week of 10/27/25.
  3. Trucking deliveries throughout the week.
  4. North sidewalk demo and abatement adjacent to NW ramp will continue the week of 10/27/25.
  5. Perimeter soffit work on the northeast side of the plaza and at the main entrance will continue the week of 10/27/25 (Weather Dependent)                                                                                  

IMPACTS– high noise level from chipping, cutting and grinding will be most noticeable north of the building footprint as well as near Kirkland Street.

INTERIOR WORK: Week of 10/27/25

  1. Concrete repairs continue in the mechanical room/basement.
  2. Interior relocations for repairs in mechanical room
  3. Installation of temporary barriers in public areas of the basement week of 10/27
