KIRKLAND HOUSE IMPACTS:
- Dunster Street: Site contractor will begin hauling materials off-site in preparation for the steam tunnel demolition and mass excavation. There will be multiple tri-axle dump trucks entering and exiting through the Dunster Street main gate
- Dunster Street: Police Details have been scheduled to assist with pedestrian safety and vehicular traffic.
- Noisy work: Demolition of remaining Steam / Utility tunnel in front of Eliot House. Projected start (Tuesday/Wednesday)
- Noisy Work: Eliot House Interior Demo Monday – Friday (7am – 6 pm) Saturday (9am – 5pm)
- Noisy Work: Eliot House Façade Restoration which includes masonry and roofing demolition
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- State Police Detail and HUPD detail called M-F to assist construction vehicles entering and exiting into public roads.
- Continuous deliveries off Memorial Drive into the courtyard.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Demo of masonry banding around building.
- Exterior washing of masonry façade – Southeast Building
- Scaffold installation on the southeast building and Chimneys in the North
- Demo / abatement of Southeast roof.
- Continuous daily dumpster swaps during first shift off Memorial Drive
- Demo of Chimneys on the North Building
- Rebuilding Chimneys on the southwest Building
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Saw cutting Basement Slabs
- Drilling Piles in Basement
- Demolition using lulls / trash chutes.
- Removal of sub grade basement soils
- MEP Coring through Slabs
- Concrete placement in the North Building
- Super Cap placement in the North Building
Weekend Activities:

- Demo / abatement of southeast building Level 3,2, Basement
- Scaffolding Erection at the Chimneys located on the roof by the JFK Loading Dock
- Façade Restoration by the Masons
- Façade Restoration by the Painters
- Surveyors continuing to layout throughout the building

- Monday- Friday 7am-11pm (Two Shifts)
- Saturday 10/25/25 – 9am – 5pm
