The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of December 1. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 11/27/25 – 12/5/25
Temporary Public Way Impacts:
- A crane is scheduled for Tuesday 12/2/25.
- Palmer street and Bank of America parking will be closed.
- There will be short term deliveries on Palmer St
- Contractors have been notified that early morning deliveries are preferred to limit the site traffic in the afternoons.
Exterior Site Activities:
- Masons will be demoing brick on the scaffolding and above 32-42 Church Street which will generate noise within the site fence line.
- Staging will be reinstalled on the exterior. This work will be completed within the site fence.
Interior Activities:
- No impactful interior activities are anticipated at this time.
Other Impacts:
- No other impacts are anticipated at this time.
Work Hours:
- Thanksgiving – 11/27/25 – Site closed.
- Black Friday – 11/28/25 – Site open with a limited site presence.
- Monday 12/1/25 – Friday 12/5/25 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Saturdays – 11/29/25 and 12/6/25 no work planned.
