The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of December 15. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 12/15/25 – 12/19/25
Temporary Public Way Impacts:
- A concrete pour is scheduled for Thursday 12/18/25. A pump truck will be set up in the street during the construction work hours.
- During this time, Palmer Street and Bank of America parking lot will be closed.
- A brick delivery is scheduled for Tuesday morning, 12/16/25.
- Machinery will be used to unload the material. This will result in a short-term road closure.
- A spotter will be used at all times to monitor the pedestrian traffic.
- Bank of America parking will still be accessible.
Exterior Site Activities:
- Masons will be demoing brick on the scaffolding and above 32-42 Church Street which will generate noise.
Interior Activities:
- No impactful interior activities are anticipated at this time.
Other Impacts:
- No other impacts are anticipated at this time.
Work Hours:
- Monday 12/15/25 – Friday 12/19/25 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Saturdays 12/20/25 no work is planned.
