KIRKLAND HOUSE IMPACTS:
- Dunster Street: Site contractor will continue mass excavation and hauling out material.
- Dunster Street: Police details have been scheduled to assist with pedestrian safety and vehicular traffic.
- Noisy Work: Site contractor will continue drilled pile operation at the connector between Eliot and Kirkland.
- Noisy Work: Eliot House interior demolition Monday – Friday (7am – 3pm).
- Noisy Work: Eliot House façade restoration which includes masonry and roofing demolition.
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- State Police Detail and HUPD detail called M-F to assist construction vehicles entering and exiting into public roads.
- Continuous deliveries off Memorial Drive into the courtyard.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Demo of masonry banding around building.
- Exterior washing of masonry façade on the southeast building
- Scaffold installation on the north chimneys.
- Demolition / abatement of southeast roof.
- Continuous daily dumpster swaps off Memorial Drive.
- Demolition of chimneys on the north building.
- Mass excavation in Dunster Circle.
- Site prep and drilled piles installation at connector building.
- Scaffold dismantle on the chimneys on the southwest roof.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Saw cutting basement slabs.
- Drilling piles in basement.
- Demolition using lulls / trash chutes.
- Removal of sub grade basement soils.
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) coring through slabs.
- Super cap placement in the north building.
- Framing and boarding in the southwest building.
- Spray foam Insulation in the southwest building.
