The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of January 19. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 1/19/26 – 1/23/26
Temporary Public Way Impacts:
- A crane pick is scheduled for Friday, January 23. The crane will arrive at 7:00 a.m. to remove the swing staging from the Painted Burro roof.
- Palmer Street and Bank of America parking will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- A delivery is anticipated for Tuesday, January from 7am – 9am.
- This will temporarily impact Palmer Street.
Exterior Site Activities:
- Masons will be washing down the masonry on the exterior.
- Subcontractors will be removing the scaffolding from site.
Interior Activities:
- No impactful interior activities are anticipated at this time.
Other Impacts:
- No other impacts are anticipated at this time.
Work Hours:
- Monday 1/19/26 – Friday 1/23/26 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
