General Project Information
- Work will continue to take place within the designated construction areas unless noted otherwise.
- Project work hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Some Saturday work between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by permit may be necessary, with noisy work after 9:00 AM
- The plaza renovation project is targeting a late-Spring 2026 completion date.
- High noise level work is scheduled to continue through August.
Exterior Plaza Work Scheduled for week of 8/4/2025
- Installation of sloped topping slab over the structural deck continues.
- Basement repairs and full-depth repairs are ongoing.
- Kemper waterproofing system installation is taking place following areas of completed topping slab.
- Concrete formwork and rebar installation in the planters.
Expected Impacts – high noise level from chipping, cutting and grinding will be most noticeable in areas west of the building footprint.
Interior Work Scheduled for week of 8/4/2025
- Concrete repairs are underway in mechanical room.
- Underside concrete repairs are taking place.
