EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Demo of masonry banding around building.
- Exterior washing of masonry façade.
- Scaffold installation on the North building and Chimneys in the SW.
- Demo / abatement of North building roof.
- Continuous daily dumpster swaps during first shift.
- Connector Demolition at Dunster St.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Saw cutting Basement Slabs
- Drilling Piles in Basement
- Demolition using lulls / trash chutes.
Weekend Activities:
- 09/06/25
- Demo / abatement of southwest building roof
- Demo / abatement Eliot House.
- Scaffolding at JFK.
WORK HOURS:
- Monday- Friday 7am-11pm (Two Shifts)
- Saturday 9am-5pm
