The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of January 5. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 1/5/26 – 1/9/26
Temporary Public Way Impacts:
- A crane pick is scheduled for Thursday, January 8. The crane will arrive first thing in the morning to hoist mechanical units to the roof.
- Palmer Street and Bank of America parking will be closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- A small concrete pour will be scheduled for mid-next week. CSL will be alerted when the date is finalized.
- This concrete pour will result in a short-term street closure that will not shut down the Bank of America parking lot.
Exterior Site Activities:
- Masons will be installing brick on the scaffolding to the left of the bridges which will generate noise.
Interior Activities:
- No impactful interior activities are anticipated at this time.
Other Impacts:
- No other impacts are anticipated at this time.
Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- No plan to work Saturday, January 10.
