The following summarizes the work planned at 12 Palmer St for the week of January 26. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable impacts.
Week of: 1/26/26 – 1/30/26
Temporary Public Way Impacts:
- Consigli will manage potential snow within the jobsite and along the public way.
- No other major public way activities are anticipated.
Exterior Site Activities:
- Subcontractors will be removing the scaffolding from site.
- This work will be primarily contained within the jobsite fenceline.
Interior Activities:
- Saw cutting will be proceeding within the building which will generate noise.
Other Impacts:
- No other impacts are anticipated at this time.
Work Hours:
- Monday 1/26/26 – Friday 1/30/26 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Saturday 1/31/26 – no work is planned.
- If a snow emergency is declared for Monday, 1/26/25, there will be a limited jobsite presence. Workers managing the snow and winter conditions will be onsite.
