The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of October 30. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps throughout the week.
- Steel deliveries to the back parking lot will continue.
- Eversource is scheduled to remove the existing gas main at the intersection of Bow Street and Arrow Street.
- This is an Eversource project and is permitted separately from the Adams Phase 3 Project.
- Jersey barriers along upper Bow Street will be reinstalled following this work.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue.
- Scaffolding installation will continue along the west, south, and east elevations of Westmorly.
- Man/material hoist will be operating while the site is open.
- On weekdays the lift will operate until 6:00pm.
- Steel erection at the roof Westmorly will continue.
- Dewatering equipment will be delivered to the site to begin the dewatering process.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Interior rough carpentry will continue.
- Abatement will continue inside Russell Hall.
- Interior demolition of Westmorly and Russell Hall.
- Saw cutting and removal of Russell Hall Slab will continue.
- Temporary heating equipment installed.
WORK HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Saturday 11/4 – 9:00am to 4:30pm
