The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of February 26th. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps throughout the week.
- Trucking of soils and concrete will continue next week from Bow Street-Gate 2.
- Crane for roofer scheduled for next Monday and Thursday at Gate 2.
- Concrete pump truck scheduled for next Tuesday at Gate 2.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue.
- Cutting along the East and South of Westmorly Hall.
- Roofing contractor will continue abatement and demolition of the slate roof on Russell Hall.
- Scaffolding for Russell Hall Chimney Re-Builds will continue.
- Man/material hoist will be operating while the site is open.
- On weekdays the lift will operate 7:00am-3:30pm and Saturday it will be in operation from 9:00am-4:30pm.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Interior wood framing will continue in Westmorly Hall.
- Drywall and framing will continue within Westmorly Hall.
- Excavations within Russell Hall basement will continue.
- Excavations for under slab utilities within Westmorly Hall will continue.
- Excavations for new footings will begin at North Westmorly Hall.
- Excavations for new elevator #1 in Westmorly Hall will begin.
- Rebar & concrete work is ongoing.
- Mechanical contractors will continue with installation of new systems within Westmorly Hall.

- Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Saturday 3/2 – 9:00am to 4:30pm
