In recent months, Harvard Law School (HLS) completed the renovation of two prominent HLS buildings supported by Construction Mitigation Services. The Lewis International Law Center underwent a full redesign and renovation to create a 21st century learning and work environment for students, faculty, and staff, as well as research affiliates and law clinic clients.
The historic home at 109 Irving Street, gifted to HLS in 2012, was also fully renovated. Located in a residential neighborhood of Cambridge, MA adjacent to the Harvard campus, Construction Mitigation’s role proved important to the project’s success given the home’s proximity to Cambridge residents, working and studying at home throughout the pandemic.
