The Harvard Allston Land Company is overseeing the planning and development of the Harvard University’s Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) in Allston. The project will contain approximately 900,000 square feet of mixed-use development consisting of residential, office/lab, hotel, conference center, restaurant, and retail use, along with over two acres of public open space. Harvard Construction Mitigation provides support for the infrastructure and roadways work underway in Allston that will eventually serve the ERC.
