The following summarizes the work planned on the Adams House Phase 3 renovation for the week of January 22nd. Please note that items in BOLD are expected to generate some noticeable noise.
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps throughout the week.
- Crews will be live loading demo debris from the back parking lot to a dumpster staged on Bow Street.
- Trucking of soils and concrete will continue next week from Gate 2 off of Bow Street.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES:
- Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue.
- Cutting along the north, west and south elevations of the Library Commons and washing on south/east elevation of Westmorly Hall.
- Scaffolding installation will continue on the south elevation of Russell Hall and north elevation of Westmorly Hall.
- Crane for temporary steel at back parking lot is tentatively scheduled for Monday-Wednesday next week.
- Man/material hoist will be operating while the site is open.
- On weekdays the lift will operate 7:00am-3:30pm and Saturday it will be in operation from 9:00am-4:30pm.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Interior wood framing will continue in Westmorly Hall.
- Interior demolition of concrete in Russell Hall.
- Demolition of Westmorly North Level 1 is scheduled for end of the week.
- Abatement will continue within the project at the Library and Dining Hall.
- Drywall ignition barrier installation will continue on the 3rd & 4th floor of Westmorly Hall.
- Excavations within Russell Hall basement will continue.
- Excavations for under slab utilities within Westmorly Hall will continue.
- Rebar & concrete work is scheduled to begin Monday in Russell Hall basement & Westmorly hall ground level.

- Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Saturday 1/27 – 9:00am to 4:30pm
