The following update is a summary of the renovation work taking place at Russell Hall, Library Commons, and Westmorly Court (Adams House/Phase 3) next week:
PUBLIC WAY IMPACTS:
- Continuous deliveries and dumpster swaps throughout the week.
- Eversource is scheduled to remove the gas meters from the building behind 22 Plympton Street.
EXTERIOR SITE ACTIVITIES: (Items in Bold are expected to generate some noticeable noise)
- Civil contractor will be working on demo in the light court area.
- Masonry work on the exterior façade will continue.
- Abatement of windows and doors will continue.
- Abatement of East Terrace walk-out bay roofs will start.
- Water main work will start towards the end of the week at lower Bow Street.
INTERIOR ACTIVITIES:
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing make safe and temp fire alarm / temp power will continue.
- Temporary protection will continue.
- Demo of interior wood trim, kitchen equipment and ancillaries will continue.
WORK HOURS:
- Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm
- Saturday 8/12 9am to 4:30pm
