175 North Harvard Street Project Construction Impacts Update
• The job site will be open and active on Monday, January 15.
• A small crew being present on site tomorrow, Saturday, January 13, performing some low impact work to dewater the site following the impending heavy rain.
• Project enabling activities continue through January in preparation for building construction.
o Bulk excavation is progressing with soil removal and the hauling of soil off site continuing for the next few weeks.
o Periodic steel deliveries are taking place.
o Truck traffic in and out of the site is increasing as a result. Wheel washing and street sweeping continues to ensure soil isn’t being tracked through the streets.
• Third-party engineers continue to monitor the dust, noise, and vibration monitors that are positioned around the work site to ensure construction activities remain within safe and acceptable levels.
• The project’s regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. and 6:00
