Monday 7/10:

1. Continuing with the temp crosswalks and Jersey Barrier Placements
2. Harvard has moving trucks scheduled to move tutors to Phase 2. Spots along Upper and Lower Bow will be secured for them
3. Window Abatement from the Exterior will begin. Set-up only for Monday

Tuesday 7/11:

1. Lower Bow will be officially closed off starting today along with the sidewalks. Signage will be installed.
2. Continuing with the Temp Crosswalk Install and Jersey Barrier install
3. Site Fence will be starting along Bow Street and Plympton Street
4. Dumpster and Lull being Delivered for Demo Operations
5. DeAngelis will be here to remove Plympton Street Gate – Possible lane closure at Plympton Street temporarily.
6. Window Abatement will continue using Boom Lift
7. Masonry Salvage work will begin at East Terrace

Wednesday 7/12:

1. Continue with Site Fence Install
2. Continue with Exterior Site Set-up
3. Continue with Dumpster Swaps and Demo Operations
4. Window Abatement will continue using Boom Lift
5. Masonry Salvage work will continue at East Terrace

Thursday 7/13:

1. Tentatively Scheduled to perform Test Pits for Man Material Lift at Lower Bow
2. Window Abatement will continue using Boom Lift
3. Continue with dumpster swaps for demo
4. Masonry Salvage work will continue at East Terrace
5. Removal of Sidewalks and site prep will continue
6. Continue with Site Fence Install

Friday 7/14:

1. Temp Standpipe Install will begin – will need access to back parking lot
2. Window Abatement will continue using Boom Lift
3. Continue with dumpster swaps for demo
4. Masonry Salvage work will continue at East Terrace
5. Removal of sidewalks and site prep will continue
6. Continue with Site Fence Install

Saturday 7/15:

1. All exterior and noisy work will start at 9am
2. Continue with Masonry Salvage
3. Continue with Site Prep and sidewalk removal
4. Continue with Abatement if needed
5. Continue with site fencing if needed.
